G'day!

Post by Tayuke »

Hi all! I always feel like giving intros whenever I join a community, and so here's mine here :)
I'm known on the online world as Tayuke, and currently a high student, hopeful to someday get a job in the game industry! I'm joining The Mana World community hopeful to have good time, and maybe even get into the development of things. I briefly played this game awhile back, but lost interest after I got Guild Wars! I decided to look back into this, as while GW is fun, you do need something to fall back on after awhile...
Anyway, I'll see you all around ;)

Keeping the dream alive!
-Tayuke

There is no place in the software industry where you work more for less money on a less secure workplace than in game development.

I would rather suggest to do it like Bjørn and me: Make a living by programming serious stuff and do game development as a hobby.
  • former Manasource Programmer
  • former TMW Pixel artist
  • NOT a game master

Please do not send me any inquiries regarding player accounts on TMW.

You might have heard a certain rumor about me. This rumor is completely false. You might also have heard the other rumor about me. This rumor is 100% accurate.

If I was in it for the money, and not for the enjoyment of it, I would have quit doing something in game development a long time ago...
Besides, even if a career in game dev. doesn't work out, I still have a few other things I have in mind and already in place, just in case.
