New_31-1+ map14 update

Finished updating map 14, and I finished the map to the west of it, which should be 31.

I was going to start using mantis for mapping, but then I decided that the forums would be fastest, and most efficient for bug fixing (along with letting other people see what maps are done).

I welcome all people to find collision bugs. =)

I see a couple places where there isn't anything blocking the way but there are still collision tiles. If you wanted to leave a place open for future portals to new maps, I think the devs will want you to put a temporarily blockage there (like a row of stones so people could see it's a temporarily block).

Yes there are three entrances for future maps, (the two on the west border lead to the same map) I haven't bothered with blockages, since it seems like maps aren't getting ingame too quickly, it would probably end up with me or someone just having to edit the blockage out of the map before it would even get in game, since the next map would probably get finished. :P
