[WIP] Map 37 - Mines North of Hurnscald

I've been working on a map to fill in the gap in the overworld north of Hurnscald.

is it me or does the building next to the water scream for a water wheel?

That would work. Matching indoor tiles would also be nice.

Also it can be animated and have particle effects.

Depends how you decide to realize it. I'd just have a group of animated tiles for the basic spinning, unless there is a need for dynamical variation of spin.
