Cannot enter the inn within Tulimshar (windows client)

When I execute tmw from either tmw-0.0.25-win32.exe (from the themanaworld.org) or tmw-0.0.x-4534-win32.exe (from nightly.themanaworld.org), my character cannot enter the inn of Tulimshar, the desert town.

My character walks to the door entrance as if it is a solid wall.

When I use a linux client, all is ok.

Please check for custom data, as the portal was moved. Custom data can be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\(USER NAME)\.tmw\customdata

I removed tictactoe2.zip (19584 bytes) from the customdata folder and now I can walk in/out if the building.
