I use manabay, but how should the person who bought it come into contact with a sold person?

Manabay FAQ write:

• I bought a cool looking item, but how do I contact the one that sold it to me?
Check the auction page where you bought it, on the right you will see a box with the sellers information.
You can also click on their name to see a profile page for them.

But the seller doesn't write game name.
So i don't know how to meet him.

Generally I'd assume that if the person has not entered their in game names then their username for manabay would be it, of course this wont always be the case.

Adding the 'In game names' field to the sign up page would probably help solve this issue, I could also add a little message to the top of the page for people who haven't filled it in telling them to do so.

But yeah:
Once an auction is closed it is the responsibility of the seller and the buyer to meet up and trade the item(s).
