[BAN] rapaz banned for not speaking English and spam

Player rapaz was banned even though he doesn't know any English after some hours of repeatedly not listening to people who said he should speak English. Even after his brasilian companions told him the rules, he continued to spam about trading and talking in portugues.


He was banned for one day at 00:53 server time.
