I am sorry for this incident which was worth to be banished play. I would wish to know the reasons for which I am make banish in a permanent way of this game whereas it's the first time that this product. Well it is possible that these reasons are not appropriate to me,but I engage to respect them.

You were banned for botting. Botting is being afk (away from keyboard) attacking. I made several attempts to talk to you and you did not respond.

Because this is your first offense we can reset your character to level 1 if you wish.

thank you for your indulgence too but there remains a question which goes it to occur of the objects and GP that i gained because all that with has nothing to have "botting" I would be very happy and grateful if I could recover them.

Benji, you will not lose your items or gp. Don't worry.
That kind of punishment is only used on programmed bots.

ideally, you'll have to come online with a different account and contact a GM in game as long as there is one at that moment.
Then one of us can unban your character banjis. You'll have to log in and we will reset your levels and stats. Then you can play again.
