GMs Offline and people taking advantage!

Every time all the GMs are offline alot people go around breaking many rules and when you point anything out or catch someone botting or something there is nothing you can do I just got cussed out, called names, and told to leave because i pointed out to someone that you are to speak english in public (they were in the middle of hurnskald and about 15 other people were there) and the worse part is that 2 people actually joined in with them telling me to leave since i cant speak german, and that there were no GMs on and they can do whatever they want and called me a GM spy! and has anyone been in the caves when the GMs are offline? If i were to take screenshots and post them on the board would it help? and if so, how do i take in-game screenshots on a Mac?

Now there is a GM on, but he has been AFK for a while now so I still cant get any help, but I did figure out how to take screenshots on Mac.
