I noticed some people arent content with the current font. This isnt such a big matter, but you should think of letting users choose from a few fonts. Whatever they like more i guess

Probably you're right and we could make the gui skinnable as well, but it's not a priority now

I think bigger fonts could add confusion, we should test them in game though

Let's use that font as the damage indicator font at least for now?

Or for critical hits, as it is hard to define "bigger damage".

Red should indicate when you hit someone with a regular attack. Blue should indicate when you hit something with magic or heal yourself.

Hmm I was thinking something like red when you've been hit and blue when you hit a monster

Both would work but maybe we could find another font for hitting a monster rather then blue. Blue seems more of a font where its doing something..gaining. Maybe we could make a darker red and a lighter red?

Yea, I think damage is damage... wether it is by magic or by weapons.
Maybe also different colours for your own dealt damage an that dealt by other players. Otherwise it can be confusing when you're both attacking the same monster.

Idea:
How bout this, we .... make a gfx file for damage, make it sorta like SOM, except criticals will have a big WACKED over the numbers
