Items in the storage are missing

Hi guys,

When I wanted to take some Items from my store there was a server disconnect or something like that. When I logged in again and wanted to take some stuff, everything was gone.

what happend? And how do I get my stuff back....

oh nooo! same here! as i login today...i checked out Achar for my stuff and it seems that its all gone!!! so there is no way that i get my stuff back??? now i feel like hitting mr. npc archar! i trusted him to take care of those stuff and he lost it!! lol kidding...oh well poor me...*sniff*

omg.
That means everything is lost? Forest Bow, all my clothes, all the little items i collected.. etc

Then why are these NPCs still in the game, thought the developers know that something like this could happen??

Man this is really stupid and doesn't make fun at all. All the time and work it took for getting those items and suddenly they're gone.....


And why didin't the developers warn that this could happen? Well i've seen such warning today but as i read some posts in the forum this is a problem that happened often in the past....

oh it just took me 1 night and day leveling up 2 chars and trying not to get too much mess with the items and so on...

That's a known bug and regrettably also happened to me and some others, here is the discussion thread about it:

So keep everything that's important in your inventory, as long as the bug isn't found and fixed!
