Questions about client

I have some questions:

1) may i configure client to only 1 language? when i log on first, there pop up a window with "chose language"
i want to configure that there be only one language
2) may i config client to choose server ip by default, and there will not be a window of server:; port: and recent: ?

1) That has nothing to do with the client. It's the rules dialog that each character gets prompted with.
2) THat window also has username and password. It's the login window, it just also allows you to choose the server to log into.

Most images come with updates. The ones you already have should be used. The other data files are with the client, things like default wallpaper, gui skin, etc.

when you develope new server TWM, can i use my map that i created for eAthena?

The map formats are the same, as we use the one from Tiled on both servers.
