Monster Rebalancing proposal

Alot of people have been asking for this, but havent posted about it.

Alot of people want to call for a monster stat rebalance.

yeah, there is a pretty big gap inbetween (normal/brown) scorpions and green blobs. apart from that, i think the balancing is okay.
what i'd like to see is more monsters, but there's the issue of missing graphics artists again

I dont see the problem as being a bessicity of rebalincing but more the need to add more monsters.
