Really good start, I'd say almost complete.

Just a notice about his right hand which seems not well defined in the lower part.
Also his right foot seems as if it's going a little too much inward.

I'd say
  • The shoes are too bright and the shirt is too dull
  • His hat is just the fancy hat with bits cut off
  • What is wrong with his face

the idea of a wood woods-man is a good idea...
in the drawing the eye seem to pop out more. :shock: .(imo)it would look cool on the pixel npc :shock: :shock:

(imo)-the dark line around the nose and cheek should also border the bottom-left of every thing, because its the dark color(tone).....

could both his arms stick out and he be on a wooden post? It would make him more scarecrow-like imo. Also, I think you've done the scarecrow NPC on another server...you want to share that art here?
Current character is "Abolish".
