Lora Tay Help

I tried doing the quest posted on the wiki(dot)themanaworld(dot)org, titled Lora "Tay the Legendary Seamstress". I have done the Prerequisites and but when I spoke with her I ended up getting to the point where all she is doing is complaining about Agosthine.
Saying : "I do hope that you have not had any more dealing with this.. this lumberjack of a tailer?"
And my responses are : 1. You mean Agostine?
2. Why Don't you like him?
3. No, none, really.
And I keep getting the same choices everytime I try, she just won't go any further.
I'm trying to get to the point where she coughs but she seems stuck on this topic.

It is random, you keep asking until she does it, if you completed all the prerequisites.

She will says something like you know agostine, and she will randomly cough. Sorry.

Have both gloves and boots in inventory. Doesn't matter if you wear them or not, just have them. You MUST have completed Agostine and not just bought the items from someone else. Talk about both items and she'll pop a vein. That's when you give her the water.
