Selling your soul

I was wondering if there were any plans for the idea of selling your soul. I have not really read anything about it so I thought I would ask. :D

I know that whoever sells their soul right now will not be ported to the new server but when the new server is in place will we still be able to sell our soul, because I think that it is a cool idea. Maybe implement different spells if you have sold your soul or possibly new looks?

I could think of a lot of ideas for this feature, but its 1 AM so I am going to bed.

Well you just made a bad forum mistake... :?
Before you post anything you _should_ read other posts
or use forum search. As it is a known thing that you
can sell your soul and get very strong skills. (Basics >=9 needed)

And THAT is the reason why you won't be ported to the new server.
It's just there to experiment a bit and those chars are way too strong.

PS: I said "_should_ read other posts" because not all people do it...
Just keep that in mind when you post next time.
Else we would have a chaotic forum with tons of topics overlapping each other,
and multiple times exactly the same question from different Players.

The forum search is really easy to use. You could at least try it...
And it returns a really good hit at top (try "sell soul" XD)

Well, I thank you for being nice in your reply. However, you did not answer my question. I did read all of those posts and they did not answer my question either. Those threads talk about the server that we are currently using and my question was about the new server. There are hints about the new server but no real ideas about what will be done. My question was what are these plans (if any) for selling your soul and if none are in planning than they can be posted in this thread. I am sorry if I was unclear on my question and again I thank you for being nice about it.

At least, What can I say,is that I dont know the currect structure of a player. But for the new server, this structure still to be determined.

So, I belive, that will be easier to transpass soul players (less stats) than soulless players...

If I understood it correctly, no, probably there won't be something like soul-less class on the new server, but of course you can go for dark magic and you'll have something similar

Souless Weapon Skills

I can't access the wiki site right now, so forgive me if the answer to this question is on there.

Why is the sword the best weapon in the game? Shouldn't each weapon have it's own style, pros, and cons. Yet the sword is the only weapon that players can have a skill with.

Personally I'd like to see an unarmed combat skill. Unarmed combat would be faster, and get bonuses if you were carying very little, like 10% or less of your max weight.

Any plans in place already? All feedback is welcome.

MathGeek, the skill system of the soulless is just temporary. when we got our own server software the soulless will be removed and we will have a skill system which threads all weapons equally.
