I firmly believe in honesty of Frost in relation to compliance with rules of etiquette.

Personally, I will put my trust to this person!

As Reid said: "Speak now or forever hold your peace" at the person Whom blasphemy the guild bot!"

You're assuming that the blasphemer has legitimate concerns.

The truth is, there are people who will do anything to see this game destroyed, by attacking its administrators, GMs, and developers until they are unwilling to do what is good for this game.

My solution would involve logging of information that isn't really private anyway, and judicious application of the banhammer with no second chances.

We have a duty to answer legitimate concerns. We do not have a duty to put up with this BS.

First of all, anyone saying "I don't think frost is looking through logs" or saying "frost shouldn't be blamed". Your all looking at the wrong side of things lol Frost hosts the bot yes, but it was somebody with alot of time on their hands (obviously) who looked through the logs not him. Frost is not the cause of someone reading it, Nor will I mention names of who is. Sure I'm disappointed it happened while he hosted it but I doubt the same mistake will be made twice with platinum hosting it next since very limited people can access it on there anyway.

It seems clear that the guild bot provides value to the game. I miss it too.

I've moved guild bot and its configs over to Platinum, to be hosted the same way the game server is.
Once it's restarted, guild bot will behave exactly as it did before. If you wish to stop using it, simply type the "!leave" command in guild chat.

I'm sorry for this painful situation. As with any change, there could be problems, but I'm optimistic this will work.

I dunno, Frost. I'm feeling a lot of pain here. I'd accept cash or a cheque though, to make up for it heh ;).

Wait, what were we talking about again? >.>

It appears in this affair that those who are at it's origin are not those who have actually the low profile.
Maybe they should keep silent for a while.

to whom it may concern

Guild chat is back up, nobody needs to stay silent.
May be best to lock this thread now?
