Profs? When?

When players can see first professions? I think that's time to make them. :(

don't forget that TMW is a game in developement. i think the developers are working hard about the professions ;)

By "professions", do you mean skills? Because last I checked, TMW isn't going to have classes, and instead will be based on skills.

It is true. There won't be any distinct classes in TMW. We believe that a class system limits the characters to a few common stereotypes and introduces balancing problems. In a sufficiently complex classless system, on the other hand, you have a lot more room for experimentation.

So we've decided to aim for a learning-by-system where everyone can learn everything but your atttribute distribution will influence what you are good at. So by distributing attributes characters will become inofficial pseudo-classes.

Maybe it's better to make a lot of equipment to change character appearance? For example, armor, raincoats (long, short) etc. From my point of view, this will attract gamers.
