Actually, you are wrong about that. Here are the current UNIX operating systems according to the Single Unix Specification (SUS) which determines which operating systems are licensed to call themselves a UNIX operating system. Please note that first line under the UNIX 03 standard which says Mac OS X 10.5. That means that Leopard is UNIX. Go to
